Find Text (Strings) across Multiple Files – Writing and Reading Wednesday

This trick has helped me immensely. In my Copy Editing work, I frequently have to check how previous versions of documents used a word or phrase. Was it capitalized? Was it italicized? Comments in Google Docs – Tech Tuesday

In one of my gigs, I do a lot of proofreading and document copy-editing. Lately, I have been getting documents in Google Docs. It’s a fine substitution for Microsoft Word for writing, and as a cloud-based solution it is easy to share documents in a free and open manner. I leave a lot of comments.
